We aggregate verified property listings (1 RK, 1 BHK, 2 BHK flats, and PG alternatives) situated primarily in Tughlakabad Extension and surrounding South Delhi areas.

Crucial Distinction: Gate6Rentals is not a property management company, a direct landlord, or a registered real estate brokerage. We are a digital aggregator that connects prospective student tenants with verified, independent local real estate agents who manage the actual physical properties.

2. Brokerage & Agency Fees

Using the Gate6Rentals website to browse inventory and submit inquiries is completely free. However, users must understand the financial mechanics of finalizing a property:

• Standard Market Fees: Upon successfully finalizing a lease agreement for a property discovered through our platform, you will be required to pay a standard professional brokerage fee to our verified local partner agent.
• Fee Structure: This fee is traditionally equal to 15 days of the agreed monthly rent, payable one time at the signing of the lease.
• No Hidden Viewing Charges: Our partner agents will never charge you a "gate pass fee" or "viewing token" simply to look at a flat. Fees are only applicable upon successful conversion and lease signing.

3. Accuracy of Property Information

While we mandate strict verification protocols for the agents listing properties on our platform, the dynamic nature of the South Delhi rental market means that property status can change rapidly.

• Rent prices, security deposits, and amenity availability are subject to change by the landlord without prior notice to Gate6Rentals.
• We do not guarantee that a specific flat shown in our "Live Inventory" will be available at the exact moment of your physical visit.
• It is your sole responsibility to physically inspect the property, verify sub-meter readings, and check water supply infrastructure before signing a Rent Agreement or transferring a security deposit.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you submit via our inquiry forms (name, phone number, budget) is true, accurate, and current.
• You are seeking accommodation for lawful residential purposes.
• You will not use our platform to conduct fraudulent activities, including submitting fake inquiries to extract agent contact details for competitive purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Gate6Rentals shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or your subsequent rental experience.

• Landlord Disputes: We are not a party to the Rent Agreement signed between you and the landlord. We are not liable for disputes regarding security deposit refunds, maintenance issues, eviction notices, or utility bill discrepancies.
• Financial Transactions: Do not transfer booking amounts or tokens to unknown UPI IDs without physically verifying the property and the landlord's credentials. Gate6Rentals is not responsible for financial losses incurred through offline transactions with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, and software, is the property of Gate6Rentals and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
